Returns
Eligibility:
-You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
-Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
-Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., downloadable content, custom-made items, perishable goods). Please check the product description for specific return information.
Return Process:
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@bbfastrc.com or (951) 432-6858 within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
Order Discrepancies and Damaged Items:
-Any order discrepancies (e.g., incorrect items, missing items) or damaged items received upon delivery must be reported to our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
-Please provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, if applicable.
-We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or credit.
Refunds
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to certain returns, particularly for items returned in less than perfect condition. Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated to you before processing the refund.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange Process: Follow the return process outlined above. In your initial contact, please specify that you would like to exchange the item and indicate the item you would like to exchange it for.
Price Differences: If there is a price difference between the returned item and the exchanged item, we will either refund or charge you the difference.
Shipping for Exchanges: you will be responsible for shipping costs for the returning item, and we will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item sent back to you. unless the exchange is due to our error.
